The Wheaton Bank & Trust Platinum Adventures Club is off to a great start! Looking ahead to fall and believe it or not, 2012 already. In case you weren't able to join us at our open house and receive the spring newsletter, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Carol Domico and I have recently joined the Wintrust family with Wheaton Bank & Trust and Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company as the Platinum Adventures Club Director. My extensive background in recreation and trip/event planning spans over 20 years, including Palos Bank and Trust and Lockport Township Park District. I am excited to be here to meet all of you and see the world together!

The Platinum Adventures Club is a unique travel and activities group for customers of our member banks who love to travel and have fun! Traveling with a group keeps costs lower than traveling alone and makes the experience more pleasurable. Join our club for great opportunities to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy activities such as day tours to interesting destinations by deluxe motor-coach, extended trips to domestic and international locations, theatre outings to Broadway productions, outings to professional sporting events, and informative seminars covering a wide variety of topics. You will also receive a complimentary subscription to our quarterly Platinum Adventures Newsletter with details on upcoming trips and events, recaps of past trips and much more! Our destinations are planned with you in mind, with the quality you would expect from your community bank! There is no fee to join, just the cost of the trips. General Information

• All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fill out the registration form included and mail to Carol Domico, Wheaton Bank & Trust, 211 S. Wheaton Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187 or drop off at any location listed on this page.
• Payment is due in full for all day tours upon registration, cash or check only.
• Deposits/payments for extended tours are accepted with cash, check or credit card with the corresponding flyer filled out.
• Registration will continue for each one-day event until it is sold out. If an event is sold out when your check is received, you will be contacted immediately and placed on the waiting list.
• Your cancelled check will be your receipt.
• Confirmation letters will be sent approximately 7 days prior to each event.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time.
• If you are unable to attend a club event, please advise us as soon as possible by calling Carol at 630-456-7852; on weekends or after 5pm weekdays; call Carol's cell phone, 815-546-1276.
• If a trip is cancelled due to insufficient reservations, all monies will be refunded.
• Cancellations are to be made for emergencies only.
• When theatre and other non-refundable tickets/events are involved, refunds will not be given unless we can resell your ticket. Please be assured every attempt will be made for a full or partial refund.
• On extended tours, cancellations fees will reflect that of the tour company.
• Departure and return times printed in the newsletter are approximate. Always refer to your confirmation for exact times and departure locations.
• Dates, events, and times subject to change based on availability and participation. We reserve the right to make corrections.
