Tom has played a pivotal role in steering organizations through change and growth. Tom began his career in 1979 with MidAmerica Bank, he was EVP of Retail banking until the bank was sold in 2007. He then Joined Wintrust. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Tom is also a community leader actively engaged in various organizations. He serves on numerous community boards, including North Central College, YMCA of Metro Chicago, Naperville Development Partnership, along with Kid Matter advisory board and the Naperville Police foundation board.

Tom’s journey in leadership began after earning his degree in Behavioral Science from George Williams College in 1973. This academic foundation helped shape his understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics, serving him well throughout his long and varied career in the financial industry.
Personal Life
A proud and long-standing resident of Naperville for 54 years, Tom has deep ties to his community. He has shared his life with his wife, Pati Miers, for 52 years, and together they have built a family that includes 4 children and six grandchildren. His personal commitment to family mirrors his professional dedication, creating a legacy defined by both personal and community growth.
